I usually only blog about happy upbeat things but Tyler is someone I just had to tribute;
Friday Morning I woke up to a call from our good friend Reggie asking for Cody. Cody was at a job and didn't have cell service so I asked if I could take a message. "Um, Will you let him know that Tyler passed away in his sleep last night"
Oh my god are you serious? Tyler was 39 years old. I couldn't possibly be hearing this. He had been diagnosed with a heart condition about a month previously but the doctors assured him he would be fine and worse case scenerio he would have to have a pace maker in 6 or 7 years. Not this and not Tyler he was the sweetest most thoughtful caring person I have ever met...I can still hear his voice on the other end of the phone each year in West Yellowstone as they were sitting in the motel right before bed he would steal the phone from Cody. " I love you Jes!" He was like a brother I had never had and he was always so good to Cody. He moved away to Missouri about 10 months ago and there was never a week that passed that he wasn't emailing or calling Cody to beg him to move down "You guys would love it down here" he would always say. This morning we got up and Cody was checking his email and there was an email from Tyler from Thursday. Again trying to get Cody to atleast come down and help with maintenence..At the end of the email he says..."I'll keep in touch. Later, Newt" (His nickname) I sure hope he does "keep in touch" I cannot imagine our lives without him. He will be so missed! We Love him so much!
