One last pic I'd like to share

When they cleaned out my house they took...EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING!! There was nothing in any room and the walls were bare. I did notice however that they had masked around this sign in my family room. I don't know why they did because it was the only thing left in the entire house and I was a little peeved that they left it....I thought it was retarded to leave it and paint around it.
The day the painter unmasked it and I went in to check on the paint it stopped me dead in my tracks. It looked so beautiful above the door and it just reminded me that even though this has been a major pain THIS house is my HOME and we have alot of memories made in that home and in that very room. I think the sign is a gentle reminder that my home will be filled with love and laughter again and this is just a little bump in the road. One day I will look back on this whole experience and realize this has made our family closer & my marriage even stronger. It has made me understand what it means to say, "as long as I have my family I will be ok because everything else is just 'stuff'"
